概要：The Pilot Project aims to define solutions that can both reduce seismic vulnerability and increase energy efficiency of existing buildings, thereby increasing their resilience to natural hazards and climate change while limiting their impact on the environment.
The workshop aims to serve as a platform to create awareness of the issue's challenges and opportunities, develop a network for information sharing among stakeholders, gather insight to guide future project actions, and inform participants about the purpose and potential of the project.
